The Award this year goes to Ming Yang of Brophy College Preparatory (Phoenix, USA) for his excellent solution to problem 5.
Problem 5 is a non-standard constructive geometry problem, where you are asked to draw the orthocentre of a triangle using unusual operations. Ming’s solution was short and elegant, and created tools that are able to extend beyond the problem. Matt would have greatly enjoyed this solution!
