Executive Committee

The duties of the Executive Committee are to oversee the activities and affairs of the corporation and report to the Board of Directors.  The Executive Committee consists of 5 Vice-Presidents representing the Atlantic, Quebec, Ontario, West and Pacific regions, the President, either President-Elect or Past-President, the Treasurer and the Executive Director.  Members of the Executive Committee are elected by the CMS members through elections that are held every second year electronically and by regular mail, then approved at the following Annual General Meeting.  The Executive Committee meets four (4) times per year, usually at the bi-annual summer and winter meetings and twice electronically.
