Nine-Month Limited Term Appointment

Position Description
The Department of Mathematics & Statistics invites applications for a nine-month Limited Term appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor to commence August 12, 2024.

The successful candidates will have or be nearing completion of a PhD in Mathematics, Statistics or a related field. The preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching at the undergraduate level and provide evidence of high-quality research.

The Department has 11 tenured/tenure-track research active members, across a variety of areas, committed to the scholarship of teaching and outreach to the community. The Department prides itself on its engagement with students and collegiality within the University.
