Unfortunately, the current labour disruption means few Alberta schools if any will be participating in the COMC this year.
Teachers
If you placed an order for COMC exams before the strike and see this message in time, then please cancel your order if you do not need us to send it to you because of the situation.
Students
The University of Calgary, the University of Alberta and MacEwan University are all hosting Open Writing Centres for interested students to participate as independent students.
This means that you’d need to show up at a particular on-campus location on October 30th to write the COMC there. It also means you need to pre-register.
uAlberta: If you want to write at uAlberta, they have a separate registration process so please email Prof. Sean Graves: sgraves@ualberta.ca.
