Nomination Requirements
- A nomination letter no longer than 3 pages from a present or past colleague, or collaborator, having direct knowledge of the nominee's contribution, who is the nominator.
- The nominee’s CV (provided by the nominator), maximum 5 pages.
- Two to four recommendation letters (provided by the supporters).
- Other supporting material may be submitted, as a single PDF. Maximum 10 pages.

Eligibility and Nomination Retention
Only nominations that meet the stated requirements by the deadline stated will be considered for selection.
