Tiina Hohn receives the 2019 Adrien Pouliot Award (Aug 1)
The Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) is pleased to announce that Tiina Hohn of MacEwan University (AB) is the recipient of the 2019 Adrien Pouliot Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to mathematics education. The award will be presented at the 2019 CMS Winter Meeting in Toronto.

All Members of Math Team Canada Win Medals at the 2019 IMO (Jul 23)
Math Team Canada 2019 returns from the 60th International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) in Bath, England with one Gold medal, one Silver medal and four Bronze medal. The six team members competed separately, answering six grueling questions in a competition lasting two days, four and a half hours each day.  More than 600 high school students competed at the 2019 IMO. More 

Prof. Karl Dilcher to receive the 2019 Graham Wright Award for Distinguished Service (Jul 3)
