On-Line registration for the 2011 CMS Winter Meeting ended on November 15, 2011. Any registrations after this date must be made at the registration desk on site.
Registration fees are given in Canadian dollars. Payment may be made by cheque (Canadian or US dollars), or by VISA or MasterCard. To qualify for the reduced rate, payment must be received by September 30; for the registration to be processed before the meeting, payment must be received by November 15. Receipts will be provided at the meeting.
Advantages to Pre-Registration:
Participants wishing to cancel their registration must notify the CMS (email@example.com) in writing by November 15 to receive a refund less a $40 processing fee.
