Assistant Professor

Position # 20912CLT – The Department of Mathematics and Statistics seeks to fill a 9.5-month contractually limited position at the rank of Assistant Professor effective August 1st, 2014. The successful candidate should hold a PhD degree or have equivalent qualifications. Extensive teaching experience is an asset.

The Department seeks a dynamic individual, who has a strong commitment to teaching, as well as an active Research program. Duties for the position include teaching Undergraduate courses during the Fall and Winter semesters, as well as the potential to work with Honours or Graduate students. The successful applicant will also contribute to the service activities of the Department.
