Position # 20914CLTIR – The Department of Mathematics and Statistics seeks to fill a 9.5-month contractually limited position at the rank of Instructor I effective August 1st, 2014. The successful candidate should hold a Masters degree or have equivalent education and work experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience teaching introductory calculus courses or labs.

The Department seeks a dynamic individual, who has a strong commitment to teaching. Duties for the position include teaching one course during the term, co-ordinating and instructing a number of calculus laboratories, supervising undergraduate and graduate assistants, and co-ordinating the activities of Acadia's Math and Stats Help Centre. The successful applicant will also contribute to the service activities of the Department.
