Abstract
Soient $A$ un anneau noeth\'erien, $B$ un anneau r\'egulier
essentiellement de type fini sur $A$. Si la cohomologie
d'Andr\'e-Quillen $H^q (A,B,B) = 0$ pour tout $q \geq 2$ alors $A$
est un anneau r\'egulier.
